Tuition and Fees

Costs

An application or re-application fee and a testing fee per component are charged for each Application for Admission submitted.

Tuition is paid by the semester. Students are also required to purchase books and supplies separately. Contact your host campus for a complete projected cost of any program.

The college accepts cash, personal and company checks, MasterCard or Visa for all fees. A percentage of tuition and fees are refundable up to the tenth day of instruction. No refund will be made after the tenth day.

Student Government Association (SGA) Fee $5 per semester This fee is charged (as applicable per campus) for SGA activities.
Technology Fee $5 per credit hour (maximum of $60) This fee is charged (as applicable per campus) for technology services.
Testing Fee $5.00 per component (Reading, Mathematics, English/Writing) or $36 ACT Residual Test Fee

Course Challenge Fee $15 per course Credit by examination is available to students who have mastered the content of a course and can demonstrate the same competency as regularly enrolled students through an examination.
Course Material Fee $5 per course All courses will be assessed a course material fee (with the exception of Developmental Studies courses).
Day Care - Auxiliary Operations Fee $10 per day This fee is per child per day for on-site childcare. Two children, $14 per day, and three or more children, $18 per day.
Graduation Fee $25.00 This fee is assessed for diplomas and diploma covers.
ID Fee $5.00 Provides for ID badges for each student; replacements charged at same rate.
NSF Fee $25.00 Non-Sufficient Funds Fee-charged to those students who pay with NSF checks.
Parking Decal or Replacement Decal Fee Not to Exceed $15 This fee is charged by campuses that use Parking Decals to identify student, faculty, and staff vehicles parked on campus. Fee is not to exceed $15 per academic year.
Traffic Violation Fee $5.00 This fee is charged for each violation that a student is issued.
Transcript Fee $5.00 This fee is charged when a student is issued a second or subsequent official transcript. (The first transcript is provided to the student upon graduation.)
Workforce/Customized Training - Specialty Course Fees A minimum of $10 per Contact Hour These fees will be charged for all workforce and customized training courses.
