Step 1 - Call LCTCS - Sparkhound

- Make a full report of your problem or request and be sure to obtain a "TICKET NUMBER".
- After Hours: Requests may be recorded on the Help Desk voice mail system.
Step 2 - Email LCTCS - Sparkhound:
Note: Under normal operations voice mails and emails sent after hours may not be answered until after 8am on the next working day.
Step 3 - Contact the Region 4 Helpdesk Manager if your issues cannot be resolved through the above steps.
