INSTRUCTOR DRESS CODE

Instructors are expected to dress in a professional, respectful manner while in the presence of students. Instructors are expected to maintain a professional atmosphere at all times. Listed below are examples of some accepted professional attire except in cases where uniforms are required:

Men

• Slacks or dress pants
• Dress shirt (long or short sleeve), casual polo style shirt, tie
• Loafer or dress shoes
• Sports jacket or suit
• No jeans; wind or sweat suits; sleeveless shirts; shorts; tennis shoes; flip flops; shirts; or jackets with obscenity, political statements, or derogatory statements

Women

• Dress or skirt
• Slacks/pant suit
• Shirt/blouse (long or short sleeve)
• Suit, jacket, or blazer
• Pumps or dressy flats
• No jeans; mini skirts; wind or sweat suits; sleeveless shirts; camisoles; shorts; tennis shoes; flip flops; see through blouse/shirt; shirts or jacket with obscenity, political statements, or derogatory statements
