Faculty Helpdesk / Support

For General Desktop Technology, "LTC.edu" Email Issues, Campus Technology, and IT Infrastructure

Step 1 - Call LCTCS - Sparkhound

  • Toll Free @ 1-(877) 482-6956  (note new number)
    Local @ 225-408-1870
  • Make a full report of your problem or request and be sure to obtain a "TICKET NUMBER".
  • After Hours: Requests may be recorded on the Help Desk voice mail system.

Step 2 - Email LCTCS - Sparkhound: lctcs@sparkhound.com

Note: Under normal operations voice mails and emails sent after hours may not be answered until after 8am on the next working day.

Step 3 - Contact the Region 4 Helpdesk Manager if your issues cannot be resolved through the above steps.
